Client: Catholic Charities
The need for a local school serving Harford and Cecil Counties to address special needs students was a high priority of Catholic Charities of Baltimore.
The design developed as a school serving up to 60 students with the ability for the building to be repurposed as a flex or office building in the future.
The 20,0000 square foot building includes seven classrooms, library, gymnasium/multi-purpose room, health suite, administrative offices and specific purpose resource rooms.
The site provides for ample parking, playground, basketball court, and baseball/softball field with a fence and gate system surrounding the site for security.
