• Client: Herron Farms

FWA provided civil engineering, surveying, and architectural services to convert existing farmland at Herron Farms in Elkton, MD into an insurance auto auction site.

The site will be comprised of an 80-acre vehicle storage yard and a 10,000 SF prefabricated metal building.

Associated site improvements entailed stormwater managent, erosion and sediment control, forest conservation, bridge replacement to improve hydraulics through the existing streams, and roadway improvements.
