The Festival of Bel Air is a hugely successful commercial development located between Rt. 924 and Rt. 24 in Bel Air, Maryland.
The site consists of an approximately 38 acre parcel with six buildings totaling in about 430,000 square feet.
FWA was involved in the planning of the site in 1993 and has provided multiple ALTA/ASCM survey updates over the years as the development has refinanced or made changes.
The most recent update was completed in 2014.
