Tory Pierce, PE

Tory has worked at FWA for over 35 years, having served as the Director of Engineering for many years prior to taking the helm as FWA’s president. His duties include managing the day to day operations of the company and leading the engineering and land planning departments. He became a licensed professional engineer in 1989 after receiving a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware.

Tory forms lasting bonds with clients to serve as a consultant and advocate through the development process. Under his leadership, FWA and its staff have enriched the community through service to non-profit organizations. Tory is the Treasurer and Past President of the Maryland Society of Professional Engineers and is on the Board of Directors for the Harford County Boys and Girls Club.
