Tory Pierce, PE
Tory has worked at FWA for over 37 years, having served as the Director of Engineering for many years, then as the President of FWA for 10 years is in his new role of Senior Advisor. His duties include working with and mentoring emerging talent, building strong community connections, technical oversight, strategic mentorship, and community representation, and ensuring the organization's continued growth and integrity under new leadership. He became a licensed professional engineer in 1989 after receiving a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware.
Tory forms lasting bonds with clients to serve as a consultant and advocate through the development process. During his time a president, FWA and its staff enriched the community through service to non-profit organizations. Tory is the Treasurer and Past President of the Maryland Society of Professional Engineers and is on the Board of Directors for the Harford County Boys and Girls Club.
