Project Description

Woodland Springs is a 36 acre site in Prince George’s County consisting of 50 buildings spread across 14 parcels.

FWA’s survey department provided a thorough ATLA/ASCM survey of the site during the entitlement process.

Each parcel was individually researched and surveyed individually. The complex was revitalized to provide affordable housing.
