John V. Mettee IV, Prof. LS, is the President of FWA, bringing over 25 years of experience and expertise to guide our firm. As our previous Senior Vice President and Director of Surveying, John has been an integral part of our organization's success. He is a Maryland-licensed professional land surveyor.

He is currently the chapter chair for the Maryland Society of Surveyors’ Susquehanna Chapter and sits on the Board of Directors for Cecil County Chamber of Commerce, The Boys & Girls Clubs of Harford and Cecil Counties, and Maryland Center for the Arts.
