Bill Baker brings over 40 years of experience to the team, specifically in the public sector. After serving as Director of Public Works for Harford County, working for Baltimore City Government, and developing federal government experience in the private sector, Bill has mastered project management and design including wastewater and sewer, stormwater management, cost estimating, utilities, parking lots, roadways, grading, erosion and sediment control, feasibility studies and complete site design.

Bill is a University of Delaware Graduate and became a licensed profession engineer in 1984. He is the president of the Society of American Military Engineers’ Chesapeake Post.
