Tom is a University of Delaware alumni who uses his 12 years of experience to provide professional engineering and construction administration services for planning studies, engineering design development, and construction administration.

A driven problem solver with a focus on maximizing site capabilities and value engineering, he has hands-on construction experience and site permitting knowledge. His experience includes public and private clients for site, utility, and highway development.

Tom is licensed in Maryland, New Jersey, Delaware, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania and is a Certified Construction Manager, allowing him to provide management services on related projects. Tom is a member of the Society of Military Engineers Chesapeake Post, the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Maryland Building Industry Association, and NAIOP’s Maryland chapter.
