FWA’s design teams are organized in relation to the markets they serve.  Our clients are provided a representative to manage the entire design process from feasibility through construction.  We are deeply committed to our client’s goals and objectives and focus on optimization of the overall project schedule and budget.  We take great pride in our work and the communities we serve resulting in mutually successful solutions that exceed our client’s expectations.  FWA’s list of services include design of residential subdivisions, retail/commercial site development, industrial development, water/waste water infrastructure, highway and roadway improvement.

Construction permitting regulations are very particular to each project’s municipal or political jurisdiction.  FWA’s experience, within the markets we serve, provides our clients with the complete understanding of permit requirements.  Whether dealing with local, county, state or federal agencies, our expertise and relationships with public officials and agencies can ensure that the project is not delayed due to the permitting process.  From local grading permits to statewide construction permits, to federal NPDES permits, FWA assumes the design administrative responsibilities allowing our clients to concentrate their focus to their own business needs.

Construction Administration:
In order to safeguard a smooth and successful construction phase, every project requires attention and field expertise.  Construction administration is a supplemental service that FWA provides. From bid documents through project closeout, our engineers can support contractor activities to meet the project specifications and schedule.  Whether we are performing site inspections, and/or responding to RFIs, FWA offers the astute and attentive service that construction administration requires.

Everyone we’ve worked with at FWA has been professional and extremely mindful of the critical elements of our development schedule. FWA has added tremendous value to our development projects.
