Mid-Atlantic Distribution Center

Project Description

A winner of the 2014 Maryland NAIOP Best Industrial Park and Best LEED Warehouse for Building B, the fully leased Mid-Atlantic Distribution Center is another FWA success. 

The 2 million square foot complex on 130 acres located in Perryman, Maryland and currently houses Bob’s Furniture, Electrolux and Sephora distribution facilities. 

Both a benefit to the site and a challenge for design, the nearly flat property was engineered to meet the user’s loading dock requirements while meeting drainage and stormwater management standards for over 100 acres of impervious area.
