Maryland is an ideal location for national and international companies to use as a mid-Atlantic hub with proximity to the Chesapeake Bay, railways and major highways for trucking. As a result, FWA has become an expert in the building design; codes and site layout to facilitate manufacturing and distribution to the east coast and internationally. FWA provides the initial site and building design, as well as the systemic upgrades throughout the lifetime of the facility.
