FWA provided full service engineering design, surveying, and landscape architecture services for the Royal Farms located in Abingdon, Maryland’s Box Hill South community.

Our engineering scope of services included the design of micro-bioretention facilities for stormwater management, sanitary sewer and water line design to connect to the main lines located at Bel Air South Parkway, storm drain design, and roof drain design.

FWA’s surveying team provided a topographic survey and construction stakeout services for the project and FWA’s landscape architecture team prepared the landscape plans.

The Royal Farms is located at the intersection of Emmorton Road (924) and Box Hill South Parkway, with convenient access to I-95 and multiple residential and commercial areas.

“The new Royal Farms Store complements the existing needs of the local community by providing the residents of Box Hill a convenient place to get fuel and other essentials close to their homes, while extending those services to Harford County commuters and visitors.”
