FWA provided site planning, engineering and surveying services to support the development of the 1.5 million square feet distribution center.  The re-development project covers a 91 acre site and is divided into two lots.  Lot 1, housing Clorox, includes a 945,720 square foot building with 267 trailer spaces. Lot 2 consists of a 577,500 square foot building with 273 trailer spaces and is occupied by Rite Aid.  FWA was responsible for all civil /site design to support the park.  Site features include a welcome center, shared but secure access and a shared stormwater management system.
