FWA provided site utility layout services for the new Science & Technology Center at Coppin State University of the two years of ongoing construction.
Working for Stella May Contracting, surveyors laid out all underground utilities for the approximately ten acre site along North Avenue and Warwick Avenue in Baltimore City.
