Frederick Ward Associates Teaming

FWA, a certified small business, teams with consultants and contractors as a prime or a subconsultant in both the public and private sector. We maintain relationships with multiple consultants in various disciplines to ensure our clients are receiving the full service experience we guarantee. With multiple disciplines in-house, it allows our clients and teaming partners to streamline communication to one FWA project manager to cover architecture, civil engineering, planning, landscape architecture, environmental assessment and design and surveying. 

In working with other A/E/C industry leaders, we sustain relationships in which we expect to give and receive work from our consultants while understanding a winning team is based on past experience, relationships and the specific scope of work. 

As design/build arrangements become more popular in the industry, we continue to work with contractors as the lead of the design team. Please see our design/build page for projects and more information.

Although FWA has provided surveying services to ECS in the past, we have teamed on a variety of projects through the years and having known many of surveyors, engineers and architects they have always been very helpful, easy to work with and very professional.
