FWA is extremely proud to be a part of The Boulevard at Box Hill, a 365,000 square feet integrated community shopping center located on MD Route 924 near interstate I-95. 

Through FWA’s planning, engineering and surveying services, the site has been transformed into a premier shopping destination for local and regional shoppers.

Anchored by Wegman’s and JC Penney, the Boulevard offers multiple dining and boutique shopping opportunities. 

As part of the larger Box Hill community, also designed by FWA, the Boulevard provides the neighborhood with a unique experience that provides all their needs.
